World Trade Center

I gave an hour training on International E-Commerce to patrons of the World Trade Center on July 14th, 2015.

The course objective was to help local Utah businesses understand what it would entail to grow their businesses internationally using eCommerce.

This course was part of the World Trade Center's 10 Tips series to help Utah companies think, act and succeed globally. I discussed how eCommerce relates to international business, whether online selling is a good option for an organization and, if so, what platforms to consider.

Topics included eCommerce best practices and how having an online presence can positively affect a brand. Other topics included logistics, regulations, platforms, marketing and other factors to consider when using eCommerce platforms, such as payments, shipping and cash on delivery.
