Customer Service (MKTG 1010)

Taught SLCC’s Marketing 1010 course Summer 2014-Present. This course studies the basic service skills in business. It looks at the management of conflict, stress, professionalism, time management, and telephone usage. It deals with internal and external customer service concepts.

This class is taught in a semi-flipped environment. It relies on the book and the materials available to the students on Canvas. The major concepts are discussed in class, but the majority of the class time is spent on group projects.
